"I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from both Carmen and
Christine. Upon my initial inquiry on a property from the JRG website, I was
contacted within 24 hours and provided listings that met the criteria of homes
I was looking for. Since Jacksonville has developed so much over the past ten
years, I was unsure of many of the newer communities and the impact the
traffic would have on my commute to and from work. Carmen and Christine,
provided their recommendations on communities to consider and were helpful in
the overall process of shopping for a home."

"Coming from overseas with my 6 year old Golden Retriever, I needed to close
on a property before my arrival. I can not thank your agency enough for
assisting me with my home purchase to include, but not limited to: looking
over the property, providing photographs and most importantly closing on my
home!! I found my home on Military By Owner, the sellers were not interested
in paying full commission to my agents. Regardless, Carmen and Christine
provided me outstanding service and I can not thank them enough. For every
Transfer Data Sheet I review and every Marine I speak with, who is PCSing to
